DT862 type is the  3 phase 4 wires inductive meter which can meas the rated frequency (50HZ) electric  energy.  

The meter is for indoor use,and the temperature should be -10°C to +50°C;relative humidity should be not more than 85%(temperature is 25°C);at the same time,pls confirm there is no etchant gas,fog and few.etc.all these bad condition may be will make some mistake of the meter\

When there is no current ,but the volt will be 80%-100% of the rated volt,the meter's runing should not be more than 1 circle
