Principle Of Operation of Biomass Briquette Forming Machine

The moisture content of raw materials after drying is at 12% or less, then materials are plastination into rods through the machine of high temperature and pressure (do not add any additives) ,finally the rods are carbonization into carbonization furnace. The produces can be use in twin-propose: raw materials can be formed into rods and then to process by carbonization, or first to carbonization and then be formed into rods.

 Before molding the fuel rods ,raw materials stacking density of 60-350kg / m, after formed the density 1100-1400kg / m, we can see that the density of fuel rods after extrusion and molded was increased by several times more than dozen times.
