Automatic CFL Exhaust Machine
Description:
1. 160 Heads with left and right rows, 600Pcs/Hour, 2 operators
2. Fully controlled by Mitsubishi PLC. Process parameter settings via touch panel. Provided with faults alarm and recording
3. 32 types of products presetting and storing. Retrieve by product code, no resetting is needed.
4. Both rows vacuumizing by two Leybold mechanical pumps independently. Further finish vacuumizing by Roots vacuum pump and mechanical pump. PLC controlled shift between high vacuum and low vacuum according to the vacuity required to assure the normal operation of Roots pump
5. System vacuity real-time monitoring by Ulvac vacuum gauge.
6. Equipped with Japan TO-760 argon gas pressure reducing valve, Japan CKD vacuum electromagnetic valve.
7. Constant current electrolyzing. Closed-loop controlled by current detection to achieve real constant current. Electric current deviation is less than +/- 1mA
8. Electrical heated baking, actual system consumption less than 15KW
9. Water cooling mercury injector.
10. Final hermetic sealing up by electric melting, melting time is 30~60S.
