KHRE001 heat recovery exchanger   

 

The plate heat exchanger has 2 types, the plate total heat exchanger and the plate sensible heat exchanger

 

The two air flows will flow in opposite directions (counter flow) to further enhance the exchange of heat. The two air flows are isolated by special material which is heat-conducting and moisture-conducting. As far the temperature or moistures is different, heat or moisture will transfer from one side to another. So the energy is recoveried. the working Principle, see fig

 

Sensible heat recovery exchange the heat through aluminum fins, but total heat recovery exchange the heat through total heat exchanger paper.
The fiber gap of total heat exchanger paper is very small, water vapour molecule can pass through it, but the gas molecule of poisonous or peculiar smell cannot pass.

 The product would be selected in the range(1.5m/s~3.5m/s) of ecnomical operation air speed as much as possible. That would get good operation effect.
