1. Carbon black slag system: When the scrap tires are heated up to a certain temperature it will be decomposed, the carbon black slag will transported out of the carbon black slag system. Carbon black slag will be transported out and fall down between the body of the stove and the two outside door, then outputted by the spiral conveyor.
2. The body of the cracking reactor: In the body of the cracking reactor, when the scrap tire heated up to a certain temperature it will decompose into two parts: crude oil and slag gas.
3. Gas burner: the recovered exhaust gas burned by gas burner to heat up the cracking reactor.
4. Blower: blower inhale air from the outside into the cracking reactor so that oxygen in the cracking reactor will increased and promote combustion of the fuel more efficient.
5. The body of the stove: there have fuel in the body of the stove, the fuel burned to heat up cracking reactor then the scrap tires in the body of the stove will be heated up.
6. Gas separate: When crude oil gets through into the bag, as the higher density of the impurities in crude oil, it will deposit to the bottom of the bag.
7. Depositing tank: The crude oil will be deposited to the tank for refining.
8. Waste gas recycles system: waste gas recycle system can collect waste gas into the tank then transport it to the body of the stove for combustion.
9. Oil tank: when the oil chill down, it will stored in the oil tanks and waiting for the further processing.
10. Cooling pond: the crude oil will be rapidly eliminated the heat in the condenser.
11. Condenser: the condenser contact with the water so that the heat of the crude oil will spread by the condenser to the water in the pond.
12. Draft fan: draft fan on the top of the bag dedusting can quickly convey the purificateur gas into the air.
13. Bag filter: bag filter on the bottom of the bag dedusting, waste gas from the bottom of the tank must filtered by the canvas.
14. Emissions scrubber: Emissions scrubber will get rid of the harmful elements and dust,then purifying the waste gas.
