 PP foamed board is a structural foamed board which is microporous in the center and hard on the surface, with the density from 0.3-0.6g/cm3. Besides the characteristics such as light weight, heat insulation, sound insulation, shockproof, high compression rigidity, etc that all the foamed products possess, it also has good thermal stability(the maximum use temperature is up to 120ºC), good stress cracking resistance performance, and relatively high toughness, tensile strength and impact strength. It is a green and eco-friendly material that has just been developed and applied in the world, and can be applied in stationery, food package, electronic materials, decoration materials and automobile decoration industries.
