Scope of application:
1. Electron, appliance, ironware, machine factory
2. chemical, medicine factory, lab
3. food, textile, Supermarket, parking lot
Features:
Dust-proof, waterproof, mold-proof, chemical resistant, wear-resistant, strong adhesion, smooth and seamless, simple construction, easy to clear and maintain.
Construction technology:
1. Waterproof treatment: first floor needs well done waterproof;
2. Basic ground treatment: polish, fix and clean according the basic ground condition;
3. Epoxy primer: use strong Permeability and adhesion epoxy primer roll-coating one time, strengthen surface adhesion;
4. Epoxy putty: construction several times according practical demand, up to smooth without holes, mark of Batch cutter and sand polish;
5. Epoxy topcoat: use epoxy topcoat or slip-resistant topcoat roll-painting two times, when finished the floor is smooth and clean, color average and no hollowing;
Notice: walk upside after 24 hours, stand heavy press after 72 hours. (standard with 25°C, opening time should be delay when low temperature.)
