Oxidation Ditch Aerator

YQJ-1400 series oxidation ditch aerator is mainly used for oxygenation, mixture and plugflow of mixed liquid in oxidation ditch. it is suitable for municipal sewage and various industrial wastewater which applies oxidation ditch process or circulation mixing aeration tank for sewage treatment project. Due to YQJ-1400 series oxidation ditch aerators working in deep water,it is specially suitable for large oxidation ditch sewage treatment project.

YQJ-1400 series oxidation ditch aerators with strong oxygenation,high efficient oxygenation,strong ability of push mixing,deep working water,therefore it is low investment,saving oxygenation power consumption,small occupation of land,simple structure,flexible package,long service life and so on.

Structure:

YQJ-1400 oxidation ditch aerator machine belongs to turn plate horizontal pushflow aerator. It consists of horizontal axis, two- end rollers, speed reductor and motor. The output axis of speed reductor is connected to horizontal axis through coupling to drive horizontal axis to turn. Circular aerator turn disc comprises of two semicircled components and each component spans the horizontal axis and is tightened with stainless steel bolt, which forms the circular aerator turn plate fixed on the horizontal axis. There is a cannelure inside clamping ring where is the connected root of aerator turn disc and horizontal axis. The cannelure is filled with oil-proof and anti-aging rubber packing to reinforce the turn plate on the axis. Each turn plate on the axis is individually removable, adjusting the installation density to satisfy the required oxygenation capacity of the whole machine.

Aerator turn plate is the core assembly of the whole machine. It is jet molded with light and strong corrosion-resistant reinforced polypropylene or die-casted with hot-forming, light and high-tensile FRP. In the surface is trapezium convex, circular concavo and vent hole, which is used for adding the air volume in mixed liquid, strengthening the function of incising bubble and pushing the mixed liquid. Horizontal axis is made with thick-walled steamless pipe. The steamless pipe is corrosion resistant because of the surfacial FRP. Drivingunit are direct-coupled taper and column gear reducer equipped with vertical outdoor motor. There is also a speed adjustble driving motor available for the users to adjust turn speed according to oxygen demand.
