Processing of sample firstly:we appreciate if you can provide the oringinal sample ,color standard,fabric card ,size measurement or any other information for our reference ,that's very workable to make perfect sample for your viewing &quanlity checking & confirmation before you place the bulk order.if not , we'll do as the graphic closely for Proto sample as your modified comments.About the  sample :1.As usual way,sample fee will be charged in 3 times than unite bulk price . for example, we offer the unit price is $12 for bulk order,but we make one sample charged $36,anyway you know we'll refund the $36 to you ,when you receive the sample on your hand and think it is ok for mass production.
2.Absolutely,sample fee must return back customer after customer confirmed the large order.
3.Sample production&delivery: Usually one style will be produced 5-7 days for firt time,send to other countries by DHL,FEDEX,EMS (reach customer's hand 3-5 days)   
  (remark:the delivery time which is calculated from the day when received your payment of the total sample fee).                                               4.Payment is by 100% TT
5.The express fee of sample will be in charged of you.
6.Sample send to you with the fitting photos & measurement,paper pattern for size & fitting appv. 
 Remark: if you have account number of express company ,pls let us know we'll choice the freight collection for the sample parcel. moreover ,if you do not have the express account,we'll agent to pay the express fee,and charged you with the sample fee.Processing of bulk secondly:MOQ:200PCS/STYLE/COLOR with mixed sizes.

Packing : 1pcs garment into 1pcs plastic bag, 50--100 pcs into one outer carton(Customer packaging way is welcome)
Payment Terms: T/T (30% paid for deposit before production arranged , the balance 70% to be paid before delivery from factory).
Production lead time: Winthin 20 to 35 days after the confirmation of the order and receipt of 30% deposit.
