 Features:

1. The feeder is advanced to meet viscosity of fertilizer and ensure materials can enter pressing chamber evenly;
2.The compression ratio is advanced to increase output and PDI;
3.One distributing plate on top of main shaft is adopted to make discharging more uniform;
4.Feeder, conditioner and chute are made of stainless steel for long service life;
5.The bearing and oil seal in the main drive are imported and make operation more stable.

a. It’s widely used for pellet oflight substance,like wood chips,sawdust,straw,pasture,palm leaf and so on.

b. Adopt high-precision gear driven , advanced flexible coupling, for high productive efficiency .

c. Main driving adopt imported SKF ( NSK) bearing and NAK oil seal ,Siemens Motor.

d. Frequency converter control feeder flow, full stainless steel feeder, cover and chute .

e. Full stainless steel lengthened conditioner. Both paddle and shaft are made of stainless steel.
