fiberglass mat

E-glass stitched combo mat consists of two or more layers of fiber glass rovings which are stitch-bonded. one layer of rovings and differene layers of rovings can be oriented differently and have different linear density. the roving specification, number of roving layers, mat width and roll diameter can be customized as per requirement.

E-BX series mat (two stages):

two layers of rovings(450g/m2~850g/m2) are aligned at +45/-45 with or without a layer of chopped strends(0g.m2~500g/m2). the product has a maximun width of 100 inches.

this product is used in boat manufacturing.

Packing 

Is wound onto paper tube and then wrapped up with plastic film, which can be packed in a cardboard box or kraft paper. The rolls are to be horizontally placed. Rolls an be loaded into container directly or on pallets.
