The thermally glued fine-quality superfine fiber is anti-crackly welded into rigid pockets, then assembled onto galvanized metallic frame or moulded plast frame, forming pocket filters.

Rigid pockets prevent the second-time producing dust in case of sudden air flow going through or breaking and ensure preservation of the dust cake forming during operation. High-frequency welding instead of stitch, no glue in filter media and no break-off fiber extremely increase the pocket fitlers' comprehensive performance.
