Foam-agent Fire-extinguishing system
Foam-agent fire extinguishing system consists of pressured water source, foam-stored tank, foam-mixed proportioner, foam-maker and pipe network. Equipped with sprinkler or mist sprayer, it can be assembled into foam. Sprinkler system or foam mist sprayer system. Once the foam created by the system covers on to surface of burning body, it will extinguish fire by cutting off air. This system is widely used in petrochemical industry, tanks zone, oilfield, offshore oil plateform in case of fire caused by flammable liquid or gas and chemical products producing flowing-liquid in particular. It also plays well for wood, paper, rubber, textile, plastic products and enclosed location with live electrical equipments.
There are balanced foam-mixed proportioner with electromotor-driven or with hydroturbine-driven.
Balanced Foam-mixed Proportioner .
Balanced foam-mixed proportioner is an important part of foam agent fire extinguishing system. Electromotor, hydraoturbine or other source of power is used to pump foam liquid into proportioner and mixed up with pressured water in fixed proportion, then supplied to fire field by pipe network. It can continuously produce abundant foam-mixed liquid for fire extinguishment. Therefore, it is widely used in large fire extinguishing projects, such as, zone of tanks, oilfield and offshore oil platform. It is of two types, electromotor-driven and hydroturbine-driven in structure.

PC series Low-expansion Foam Maker
It helps low-expansion foam intermixture foam with air, discharged onto protect body or oils. Once the foam covers onto surface of burning body, it will cut off air with abundant water to chill down burning body and, speed up the process of extinguishingment. For installment, there are horizontal, standing, top injection, base injection types.
