Natural camphor is also called dextral-camphor .It is mainly produced in Taiwan. It is granula crystal obtained from the root, branch and leaf of camphor tree by distillation and dry distillation. And then the pure product is obtained by sublimation.

Application

Natural camphor is used in producing celluloid, film, artificial ivory, essence , rubber, electric insulation materials, aircraft parts, etc. It also can be used as exploded stabilizer of munition industry-manufacture smokeless gunpowder, pesticide industry-manufacture insecticides, medicine industry-manufacture stimulants, cardiotonic, refrigerant, antipruritics , antimoth drugs and antiseptic of clothes and books, etc.
