The complete plant include three section : The cleaning section , Flour milling section and the packing section .

The cleaning section : The main machine is High efficiency vibrating sieve , Horizontal Scourer , Magnetic separator , gravity Classification stoner , Rotating sieve , Moisture Damper , Corn Barker , Corn Embryo/Germ Selector etc. This section is separate the impurity , smaller stone , sand , grass seed , Swarf from the raw maize , Keeping the clean maize to the roller mill .

The flour milling section : the main machine is the Pneumatic roller mill , Double bin sifter . It is mill the maize to flour and grading the flour .

The packing machine : We used the Auto-weighting&packing&sewing machine , It can weight , pack and sew the bags .

Of course , There are the Air net , Buket elevator , Srew conveyor and the Air seal , blower and so on .
