1Throtting piece is V-shaped wedg piece, which changes the throttling way from the traditional center throttling into the unilateral throttling. Wedge piece when installed should be the top down, while the wedge piece with good angle design can eliminate the stagnation region, so that  is conducive to pass the wedge throttling piece for the fluid and suspended particulate matter. 


2 The medium accelerats when close to the  wedge piece, high-speed fluid  can sweep the inner pipe wall  and wedge piece,so throttling piece would not produce adhesion and sedimentation. 


3 When sensor is in a very low pipe Reynolds number (Re = 500), the flow remains square relationship with differential pressure, so that is conducive to measure a small volume and high viscosity fluid flow, the maximum Reynolds number up to 106,so the range of use is very wide..


4Whether forward or reverse, wedge  sensors  with symmetrical structure  design  can produce the same differential pressure signal, we can measure the forward and reverse bi-directional flow measurement. by  two differential pressure transmitter. 


5Wedge sensor with V- shaped design, V-shaped top of the R3-R10 is the arc, so that significantly increases wear resistance, throttling piece of size and cutting area in the long term remains unchanged. There is no moving parts and wearing parts, measuring instruments can be maintained long-term measurement accuracy, stability and long-term reliability. 


6 Wedge throttling pieces of wedge sensors have the function of rectification and re-distribution for the medium, so the lower straight pipe can also be guaranteed measurement accuracy.
