Properties:

Powerful coloring,stable in neutral or alkali solutions,heat resistant,light resistant, poor light exposure property in acid solution, deposit in acid solution.

Application:

Coloring of ice cream, vegetable cracker, candy cake, sugar coating for tablet, toothpaste and cosmetics,etc.

Usage:

Usually 0.02%~0.1% as required in normal production.

Precaution:

Unsuitable for beverage for its poor light exposure property and deposit in acid solution.
