1.Description
Calcium Citrate is white crystal or powder. It is insoluble in water and lightly dissolved in ethanol. Its molecular formular is (C6H5O7)2Ca3.4H2O and molecular weight is 570.56. This product is used for buffering dose, solidify dose and calcium strengthening dose in the food fields. As food additive, the serviceable range: 8-16g in cereal and cereal product, 1.8-3.6g in beverage and milk beverage.
