Description :
This equipment has been developed for the
melting and storage of chocolate, The tanks have their own self contained
electric heating systems via electric emersion heaters with temperature control
in the water jacket.
The machine consists basically of a hot
water jacketed kettle with gate type stirrers to the inner of slow movement
giving the chocolate a nice gentle movement keeping the chocolate to an even
temperature.
We offer our tanks of capacities 100, 200,
300, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000kg of chocolate, all with hinged
lid, safety interlocked guard switches (switches off the stirring action when
the lid is opened). The machines are finished in a high quality food grade
paint.
