Working principle:

DZZSseries screen is a kind of new-type ,high-efficient screening machine.It applys to screening work for processing multi-shapes matrerials of wet and dry.The device can give a high efficiency via the screen adoption of diffrernt mesh quantity. It can apply to all kinds of product line , especially those which is of large-tonnage flow vertically.

The rotation of vibrating motor ,the vibration part will produce a 3-D Motion consisting of horizontal,vertical and incline motion . This power can accelerate the flow of the undersize which can be discharged vertically to the next process.

The motion trace of the material can be changed by adjusting the phase angle of the hammer to satisfy different need (for best screening results). And different centrifugal can be gained with different balance weight of the hammer
