This Bottle cooling machine/tunnel pasteurizer/shower and cooler is applied in beverage production line mainly for removing the condensed water on the exterior wall of the PET bottles and glass bottles, convenient for code spraying, mark sticking and encasement. After filling, the gas beverage will be preheated. The whole bottle will be preheated with hot water, thus preheating the whole bottle of the beverage and avoiding the deformation of the bottle because of rapid temperature rising.

It is a kind of tunnel spraying cooling sterilizer treating the filled containers. After filled with treated products and sealed, the container will enter the bottle warmer through the conveying belt.
