Principle Of Operation of Biomass charcoal Briquette Machine  

The moisture content of  raw materials after drying is about 12% or less, then materials are plastination after into the machine  by high temperature and pressure bar (do not add any additives) ,finally materials are formed into the carbonization furnace .

If finding unusual circumstance, slow down the feeding until the machine runs regularly.
