Brief introduction

The moisture content of  raw materials after drying is about 12% or less, then materials are plastination after into the machine  by high temperature and pressure bar (do not add any additives) ,finally materials are formed into the carbonization furnace . 

The charcoal briqute machine can be used with dual-purpose: raw material can be made first carbonized, also can be made first briquetted.

The points for attention in operating:

Before starting, fasten each bolt, inspect the power source, the electric circuit;Before the production, heat up till the temperature arrives about 350°C, or adjust according to raw material, make sure the humidity of raw material is below 12%;Prohibit sundry goods, metal waste block to getting in the hopper to damage the equipment;Start the machine, inspect whether each parts running smoothly. If finding unusual circumstance, slow down the feeding until the machine runs regularly.
