rotary film-faced plywood for concrete forming of columns, economic and repeated using, light in weight, easy to set up

Our factory manufactures film-faced plywood, it's not flat in shape, it's round. Flat Plywood is bent to be semicircle, two semicircles (with slotting)join together to make one circle.

It's used for concrete forming, for columns of buildings.

For concrete forming of columns, steel forwork is most common used, it's expensive in price, heavy in weight, setting up is troublesome and need much time, surfaces of columns is not smoothly.

Now our company invent this perfect substitute, round film-faced plywood (made of wood), it's low in price, light in weight, setting up is easy (we have steel blets for fastening and fixing), the surfaces of columns is smoothly and nice. It can be used at least 7 times.

The diameter of column: 300-1400mm

Length: 3000mm (can join), Thickness: 15-20mm

Wood: birch and poplar.
