The study of Citrus Research Institute of China Academy of Agricultural Sciences shows that Lv feng LEMON , contents more lemon oil (7.0 ‰), citric acid (6.76%), Vitamin C (58.47mg/100ml), pectin (3%) than fruits from the United States or Italy, which gifts it a world-class taste and nutrition.

Lv Feng LEMON‘s garden is located in An-Yue, central Sichuan Province. An-Yue, the home place of the world-class Eureka lemon fruit, is on 30°N and has a pleasant weather with annual average temperature of 17.7°C, annual rainfall of 986.5mm, relative humidity of 81%, which is comparable to Messina, Sicily, Italy (where it is 17.9°C,944mm,78%). Both An-Yue and Messina are warm, humid and foggy in the winter but decently hot in the summer. Both have a slightly alkaline soil which enable it to grow the world-class lemon.

Lv Feng LEMON is processed using close & automatic lines which clean, wax and pick 50,000 ton fruits annually according to international standard.
