Spiral type continuous pre-boiling machine is used to do continuous pre-boiling for crushed or not crushed fruit and vegetable to reach the purposes of killing enzyme and softening.
the spiral pre-boiler adopt all stainless steel structure, materials is fed through the spiral shaft, equipped with thermal insulation layer.
the pre-boiling machine adopts water soluble continuous steam boiling method,the materials are scraped off through the specially made turning scraper.
Pre-boiling temperature: ≤ 100 °C
