 the main equipment of the production line

Blasting steam and spraying cleaning machine—water-saving type,which is used for stongly cleaning of Fruits.and.Vegetables.

the fruit and vegetables are cleaned by the Blasting steam stronly on the conveying belt first, and then be cleaned by the spraying unit at the end of equipment. The whole cleaning line has the circulating water filter unit,for filtering the dreg on the strainer,which is also have the function of saving water.

 

Blanching machine, which is used for Except enzyme filming of fruit and Vegetables, the raw product will be blanching in the steam heating water from 93—98 at first,not only for dezymotize,but also can kill the microorganism and ovum on the surface of them. this machine has two type:

(1)    Spiral propulsion type,which is mainly used for green sword bean, green soy bean,etc such easy broken fruit and Vegetables

(2)    Transmission network belt type,which is mainly used for spinach, wild herb, asparagus, strawberry and other Cormophyta.

Level 1 water cooling machine,

mainly used for quick cooling after blanching,which can avoid variation of the soluble matter in the raw product.A part of water in this cell is from circulating water.The cell has samll body and easy for changing water.

Level 2 water cooling machine:

There is spraying system in the water cooling machine,the bottom part has high-pressure bubble system, and Mesh belt blowback system, which can enhance the health qualtiy of product and keep the product at a lower temperature which is good for quick-freeze of product.
