Miller plate type stainless steel blending tank

The equipment is of vertical column shape with taper sealing head. It is provided with steam heating jacket, superfine glass cotton, and heat preservation layer with a thickness of 50mm. It is a fully closed container. It is mainly used for heating and blending liquid materials in such industries as fruit juice, beverage, dairy and pharmacy etc.
The equipment is composed of liquid storage container, manhole device, thermometer, liquid level indicator and blending device etc. The internal bladder of the equipment is completely made of 304 stainless steel 2B plate. The internal and external surfaces adopt polishing treatment. The argon arc welding is adopted. The inner wall is smooth, without unevenness or dead corner. The external jacket adopts stainless steel miller plate, which forms the steam chamber after being welded with the internal bladder. The steam inlet and outlet are provided with globe valve, safety valve and steam trap etc. After the equipment is manufactured, it will be carried out hydraulic test under 0.3MPa. The lower sealing head adopts 150?taper sealing head, which has beautiful appearance and convenient discharging. Furthermore, the equipment can be used with CIP automatic cleaning device, which is easy for automatic cleaning and is in accordance with sanitation requirements for food.
