1, Application:

    Mesh belt dryer is research and designed by our company base on the traditional belt dryer. Withe the characteristic of widely used and large scale capacity, mesh belt dryer are widely used in the plate,strip or block materials drying process, such as cassava chips, or the potato chips as well as other block mineral materials,foodstuff .etc. Due to the reasonable design, the drying effect are over our imagination, the final materials moisture content up to 5%. Get welcomed from users.Compared with the rotary dryer, mesh belt have the feature of widely used and strong drying ability and large scale. 2, The raw materials;
   a, Block materials, such as chips,strip which is difficult  to be dried by rotary dryer, 

   b,  Flaky materials, especially fot the thick materials, it's improsibble to be dried by rotary dryer which the final products moisture content can't be up to 5%; But the mesh belt can meet the demand;

   c,  Foodsuff, the specially designed of the belt is stainless, can meet the food hygiene requirements.

     The mositure content before input is around 40-50%, the final product moisture content is around 5%-10%, can be adjusted by hot air.
