FUNCATIONS :THIS SURIES MACHINE IS USED TO CUT  VEGETABLES INTO PIECES,WITH THICKNESS ADJUSTABLE FREELY BETTEN 1-10mm.

Reciprocating vertical knife is used to cut the sliced vegetable chip or soft vegetable(like leek)into straight

slivers,segments,curvyslivers,squre cubes,with moving  distance of conveyer belt adjustable between 1-20mm,

the adjusted value is just the width of sliver.

Note that when the diameter of vegetable to cut is large (more than 30mm),slicing effert will be good and it is convenient for cutting  cubes ,for small diameter ,the sliced chips and cubes will be unorderly,the processed

surface of the vegetable is smooth,regular,perfectly organized ,which can be in the same breath with manual cutting.
