All injectors are tested at least twice for the following:

Leak tested at 3 times the required operating pressure. Resistance testing to OEM specifications. Repetitive stop and go spray pattern examination. Spray pattern is tested at varying engine speeds to assure optimal fuel economy. Flow rate is metered to the appropriate pulse width to OEM specifications
