Firstly, our wood are selected from the quality basswood. The green logs are directly cut from the daxin'anling mountain, where our blinds factory located.

 

After the 1/4 cut, the timber is kiln dried to 8%~12% moisture content, which means a lighter weight blinds and straighter slats. Another important quality control is the finishing for slat surface , our process is 3 nc bases then 2uv surfaces to match with your color swatch.

 

Our superior lacquered finish are firstly twice or three times coated and then it is twice cured by the uv to make the slats smooth and durable. Here we just introduce our basswood venetian blinds process simply. Any question, please do not hesitate to contact us freely!
