1.Measure PM-10, PM-2.5 or TSP
2.Tapered Element Oscillating Microbalance (TEOM)
3.Long term, unattended operation
Description:
TH-2000ZD-A1 Ambient Particulate Monitor was designed to continuously measure the mass
concentration of suspended particulate matter in the atmosphere. Utilizing tapered element
oscillating microbalance, this instrument is equivalent to manual weighting method for
determination of suspended particulate matter in the atmosphere.
Operation:
A known volume of air is drawn through a size-selective inlet, which can be configured to measure
PM-10, PM-2.5 or TSP, and deposited onto the Tapered Element Oscillating Microbalance (TEOM).
The combined measurement of mass and air volume are used to obtain the mass concentration
readings.
