The air content in the insulating oil is a very important index in the oil quality control .GS-101D instrument can detect hydrogen, carbonic oxide ,carbon dioxide, methane ,ethane ,ethylene ,acetylene which dissolve in the insulating oil of the oil charge electric equipment (for example: transformer ,reactor, current transformer, voltage transformer, charge drivepipe ) with double split-flow system ,,double detector (hydrogen flame detector & thermal conductivity detector) and reburner .This method absolutely meet our national standard GB/T 17623-1998 “Gas Chromatograph Mensuration of Air Constituent Content Dissolved in the Insulation Oil) ,the standard of Department of Energy of China (SD304-89) “the Mensuration of Air Constituents Content Dissolved  in the Transformer Oil ”, the Demand of Gas Chromatograph on the Standard of Electricity Line (DL722-2000) “The Analysis and Estimate Guide Rule of Air Constituents Content Dissolved in Transformer Oil” ,The Demand stipulated in National Standard (GB7252-2001) “The Analysis and Estimate Guide Rule of Air Constituents Content Dissolved in Transformer Oil”The instrument is mainly used in the inner fault detection of oil charge electric instrument in the Electricity Line; air analysis in petroleum ,chemical industry, mine .

 

Function & Feature:

High sensitivity ,high resolution ratio, fast analysis ,simple analysis method ,the data is auto worked by chromatograph analysis station.Special chromatograph column , good separate effect .one time sample injection ,short time for all analysis .Auto fault diagnosis ,auto prompt for exceed standard of analysis result. Provide three part of comparison value correspond with national stand ,TD graphical representation ,constituents concentration graphical representation and so on for various diagnosis methods.Temperature :we use intelligent temperature controller to control the column compartment temperature ,hydrogen flame detector temperature .we can input all the sum toplimit of different controlled temperature on the keypad. It will warn and cut off power automatically no matter which temperature exceed the toplimit  .The precision of temperature display is 0.1°C,the precision of controlling temperature is 0.3°C.setting range: room temperature ~350°C.
