Humidity: Humidity is as bigger as better, the best is near to saturated steam, but strictly prohibit to bring water to the bed. Bed height-diameter ratio: ≥3. 2. When remove sulfur don't need special heating, but the desulfurization device must keep warm which is outside in winter from the gas is undercooling, or can lower the desulfurizer activity and bed waterlogging which can worsen the operation. 3. The aequum of desulfurizer is determined by the following conditions: 1). The H2S concentration and gas flow in the feed gas. 2). Sulfur capacity of desulfurizer. 3). Volume size of desulfurizer tower.
