Installation & uasge notifications:
1) Gas meter can work under -10°C~+50°C, and its working pressure should be 10kPa
2) It is prohibited that installing gas meter at an open place outside, and corrosive toxic gas should not be existed during the process of installation,and before installation, stop valve must be fixed in the front of the meter.
3) When installation, pay attention to the center distance of pipe that connect gas meter should coincide with center distance of gas meter. Please be sure that arrow marks of gas flow direction at the top of watch case and valve should be the same as that of pipeline, but connect inversely is prohibited.( there is instrction against)
4) Gas meter should keep an enough safe distance away from cooker and other fire sources.
5) When transporting, storing and installing of gas meter, be sure to avoid of falling, smashing, inversion and water inflow.
6) Sealing test must be done through impaction leakage detection before igniting. Pressure added to pipe can be no more than 15kPa, and time no more than 10mins.
7) Before igniting, be sure to remember evacuating air in the pipeline and gas meter, naked fire is strictly prohibited.
8)Do not change battery when gas meter is in use.
9)Turn off stop valves in the front of gas meter when dont use it for a long time. Do not use gas meter as main gas valve.
10) Be sure the indoor room with gas meter ventilation.
