4. Small Tips
1. During the operation of gen set, the exhaust gas contents some compound of CO and CH. In order to avoid accident, the generator must not be used inside of the room, if it has to be used inside the room, the exhaust gas must be led to the outside of the room and the outlet of the guide pipe must be not less than 1m form the doors & windows, meanwhile, the air in the room must be free from inhibition.
2. The inflammable, explosive and any other dangerous substances must be far away from the ac alternator, the air in the working place must be free from inhibition. The fire source must be not less than 10m away from the engine; what’s more, the generator must lie in the wind direction of the fire source.
3. When filling in fuel & lubricating oil, the generator must be stopped, smoking is not allowed, if the fuel or lubricating oil overflows or leak out, thoroughly clean it before the engine is started.
4. The operators must be specially trained. The persons who are not qualified to operate the Generator are strictly forbidden to operate this Generator.
