1. one-stage planetary system is used. The low speed cylindrical shaft is with two keys for connecting to the external equipment. The sun gear is connected to the external equipment through a floating tooth type coupling. The sun gear, planet gears and the ring gear are all double helical gears. The sun gear and the ring gear are designed to float together for distributing load uniformly for achieving stable operation with low noise.

2. Gears, shafts and housings are all with balanced design. Gear housings are welded from low carbon constructional steel, and certain areas are reinforced. High precise machining ensures the uniformly distributed rigidity. FEA is done for major parts.
    
3. All gears are made of premium high-grade alloy steel, and are ground after carburizing and quenching. Teeth modification is made during gear grinding. Tooth root is properly strengthened through shot peening.
   
4. Defect detections are conducted for all gears at both row and finished conditions. UT test are carried out for all main welding seams. High strength and stiffness of housings are guaranteed by advanced welding equipment and operation processes.
 
5. All bearings are sliding ones with long service life and high stability.
 
6. Dynamic-pressure lubrication system is adopted. The lubrication pipelines are specially designed for ensuring a reliable lubrication system.
   
7. Non-contacting mechanical sealing system is adopted for avoiding leakage and renewal.
 
8. Temperature at sliding bearings and vibration of the gearbox are monitored.

9. This high speed planetary gearbox is small, light, and highly efficient, with low noise and vibration, runs stable and with long service life. All major technical factors of this gearbox are in the same advanced level as similar products in the world market.
