YBLT900 hydraulic torque converter
Hydraulic torque converter is a flexible transmission device with mineral oil as the operating medium and is installed between power engine (such as diesel engine and electric motor) and working machine (such as winch, rotary table and drilling pump), transmits the power of the power engine to the working engine. YBLT900 hydraulic torque converter is a centrifugal turbine torque converter with oil valve and the working chamber diameter of 900 mm, which is matched with G12V190PZL (or CAT3512) diesel engine (see the table) and mainly applied to drilling rig. In addition, it can also be matched with other models of diesel engines and electric motors as an automatic stepless speed-regulation device which is applied to diggers, lifting transportation machinery and dredgers etc.

(5)The torque converter regulates output speed and moment automatically according to variation of outside load to avoid interrupt of output power.
(6)When operation mechanism bears few loads or no loads, the diesel engine operates at a low speed and the torque converter operates with minimum oil content or no oil content to reduce power loss.
