1.5PP Geogrid
Introduction:
1. Made of PP (Polypropene)---high molecular polymer;
2. Type: Biaxial
3. Extruded, laminated and punched into regular mesh before logitudinal stretching, ensuring rather high tensile strength and good stretch modulus in both Warp and Weft;
4. Provide an excellent chain system of carring and diffusing force for soil and subgrade.
Features:
1. Subgrade reinforcement. Efficiently diffuse the force to ensure the stablity and bearing capacity of subgrade;
2. To Prevent roadbed distortion and crack caused by the loss of roadbed materials.;
3. To reduce flexure, track and put off the flawing appearance by 3-9 folds and also reduce the thickness of Structural layer by 36%;
4. Enhance earth slope and prevent water loss and soil erosion;
5.Easy construction: low weight, easy operation, simple construction.
Applications:
As a kind of high strength synthetic materials, UX geogrid has been widely used in dyke, tunnel, pier, highway, railway and building.
