2.How to use
Usage for hot compress:
1)To active:
Click the metal disc inside the pad to start the reaction. The liquid will be getting crystallize .When the crystallization completed, squeeze the heat pad to make it soft and ready to use.
2)To recharge
Place the heat pad in boiling water with cloth below for about 5 minutes or until all the crystals disappear.
Usage for cold compress:
Placed the heat cold pad in the refrigerator (not freezer), don’t flex the metal disc; take it out after 20-30 minutes, as cold pad.
