 The performance of the product described in the following text conforms to that made of the high-quality float glass specified by national standards in GB11614-1999 Float Glass.

Equipment Composition

 

Loading Stage

1.1 External Dimension: 2880mm(L) ×1880mm(W) ×950mm(H)

1.2 The loading Table is provided with a length-measuring device for system in-process control.

1.3 Conveyor Roller Size: φ38mm×1716mm(L), arranged at an interval of 80mm and whose steel tube is covered with NBR rubber on the surface. The rollers are driven through electro-magnetic clutch.

1.4 The one-stage speed of the loading section is such that the glass sheets can be properly arrayed by every inch of movement.

1.5 The working table is a universal angle table provided with a pneumatic lifting mechanism for the loading and unloading of large-size glass sheets 

2.Heating Stage

2.1 External Dimension: 4355mm(L) ×2365mm(W) ×1720mm(H)

 Internal Dimension of Heating Chamber: 3475mm(L) ×1500mm(W) ×570mm(H)

2.2 There are 47 conveyor rollers produced by plants of European and American famous manufactures in China, and the high-grade φ57mm electroformed quartz rolls, whose roller spacing is 80mm.

2.3 The heating unit is made up of heating strips that are composed of coiled wires produced by Shougang Group.

the glass sheets, and can be divided into upper and lower sections, each having 11 units. Additionally, there are also 4 units installed on the front and rear walls of the heating chamber, used as the auxiliary heating device.

2.4 The conveying-in and out of the glass sheets are controlled pneumatically to prevent the disturbance caused by the external air against the chamber temperature.

2.5 The thermal insulation materials of the furnace body are sourced from Japan Isolite Suzhou Corporation, whose thickness is at 200mm. The external cover is the 50mm hard board. The surface temperature of the shell is below 65°C, and the height of the entrance and exit is 40mm. The furnace body can be divided into upper and lower sections. The upper section of the furnace can be hoisted or lowered down by adjusting the motor-driven screw. The lifting height is 600mm 

3.Intensified Cooling Stage

3.1 External Dimension: 3276mm(L) ×2167mm(W) ×2150mm(H)

3.2Quench is 110KW Frequency conversion control

3.3 Air is oppositely blown inside the chamber by the fan from the top and bottom, and the distance is automatically adjusted by the parameters preset.
3.4Air pressure is automatically adjusted by the parameters preset.

3.5Driving inside this area is controlled by two-stage speed variation and is able to realize stageless-speed reciprocation.

4.Unloading Stage

 Almost the same with 1, except the fiber rope wound on the conveyor roller surface, which is heat-resistant square-shaped wire.
