Specifications of LX1350

This glass washer BXM-1350 was designed for solar glass cleaning. It is also available for different flat glass in various size. Below are the main specifications.

(1) PLC+ Touch Screen control system

(2) Three stainless steel water tanks with 3 separated heating systems, 3 separated pump. The temperature can be set as 30~60. The glass will be washed by the water from the 3 pumps step by step. At the last step, the water is the fresh water from the third tank.

(3) All the three tanks can be easily moved out to be cleaned manual. Each tank has one outlet for the waste water to outflow.

(4) The machine has a loading area, a unloading area and a washing and drying area.

(5) Glass washer has interfacing with the glass loader main PLC and the check conveyor PLC.

(6) Glass washer washes the glass step by step manually or automatically. At AUTO working state, the machine will wash the glass step by step automatically, if meet problem, it will alarm and the problem will be shown on the screen.
