Konjac gum mainly  used in producing medicine, flavouring, health products, chemical etc.

 Widely used as stabilizer, suspending agent, thickener, emulsifier in Europe and America food industries...

Viscosity test conditions: 1% solution, constant temperature 25 degrees, NDJ-1 rotary viscometer (Shanghai Balance Instrument Factory), rotor NO.4, 12 rec/min.

 

 Konjac flour: 
1) ordinary flour: 
A. Glucomannan: 70%, 65%, 60%, 55%, 50% 
B. Viscosity: 24,000mPas, 20,000mPas, 16,000mPas, 10,000mPas, 8,000mPas 
C. Size: 40-100mesh

D. SO2≤1g/kg, Pb≤0.6mg/kg, As≤2.0mg/kg



2) purified flour: 
A. Glucomannan: 95%, 90%, 85%,75%

B. Viscosity: 45,000mPs-40,000mPas, 40,000mPas, 36,000mPas, 36,000-16,000mPas,   
C. Size: 40-120mesh

D. SO2≤0.3g/kg, Pb≤0.4mg/kg, As≤2.0mg/kg
