Brewing Notes

 Heat good- tasting water to 180 -195F.
 Place tea (about one tablespoon per cup) into your infuser and add the water.
 Steep for 3 to 5 minutes depending on the desired concentration.
 Strain and enjoy!
 Re-steep for 7- 8 times.
