Application

 

HGM Series of  powder Grinder is widely used in making fine powder or ultra-fine powder, and the raw materials should be non-inflammable and non-explosive under the Moh's hardness less than 6 grade such as limestone, calcite, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, talc, illite, pyrophillite, barite, meerschaum, fluorite, potash ore, etc. The lifetime of spare parts is relied on the hardness of raw materials, and is lowered once the Moh's hardness is up to 4-6 grades.

 

Characteristics 

 

1. Superfine final products, high capacity, low cost, low investment. This machine adopts the advanced grinding structure, with several times grinding, impacting, rolling, which does not only increase the crushing performance, but also make the material grinding inside the cavity evenly.

 

 2. With Innovated Fluid Structure, the separating efficiency has been increased, and the finest powder could be D97≤5um (2500mesh).

 

3. Special Shock Absorber has been used on this machine, which reduced the vibration of equipment. Low maintenance cost and long service life; the special pressure lubrication station has been equipped on the mainframe, which will ensure the lubrication quicker and more convenient.

 

4. With the advantages of the pulse bag filter, the whole set of machine will work under the negative pressure, which will protect the environment from pollution.

 

5. The wearing parts of the machine are made of the wear-resistant materials, which must stand wear and tear

 

Working Principle of production line

 

The material in the Silo will fall down into the Feeding tube evenly through the Vibrating Feeder, and then fall onto the upper scattering plate, after that will scatter on the gap between the roller and ring. The material into the inner wall of the rollers will be reground, and then fall down onto the lower scattering plate. And the fine powder conforms to the standard will be discharged into the Dispersive Twin-pipe Cyclone Separator, and then be discharged. And the massiveness will enter the grinding wall to be reground. The air current with the dust will enter into the lower part of the Pulse Bag Dust Catcher, and then be discharged through the Rotational Discharging Device after filtering dust.
