1. What is the conversion for inch and centimeter?

1 inch = 2.54cm

e.g. 10"≈ 25.4cm  

But the size of each individual ball would depend on how much you choose to inflate it.

2. About the packaging.

Normally, balls are packed in bulk.  We also can pack them into gift boxes with/without pump.  Of course, this is always optional. 

3. Are color and printed pictures optional?

Yes.  Our balls' color is mixed based on PANTONE which is customized.  Imprinted pictures can be designed or chosen from our ready-made collection.  

4. How much weight can this ball carry?

This ball can carry approximately 85kg after tested. 

5. Are our products safe?

Yes, our products have been tested, and they are phthalate free.  The printing picture/logo is sticker printing.  It's not easy to be scratched or directly touched by body. 

6. Why do our balls smell bad?

While we are mixing the material, we will add a plasticizer which is oily to increase the suppleness of the balls.  On the surface of the finished ball, there is a thin oily layer which might smell bad.  We suggest that you wash it away with a non-irritant detergent.  The smell will go away after a while.

7. Do we have other sized balls?

Yes, we have balls of other sizes. Like 25", 28", 30", 33.5", 40", etc.
