Protable rockwell hardness gauge HZ-2507A
Equipment discription:
PHR Series Portable Rockwell / Superficial Rockwell hardness tester, is a reference to the foreign instrument, based on the basic definition of Rockwell hardness test design.
To meet the standard:
GB/T230.2-2004, the international standard ISO6508-1, American Standard ASTM E18, ASTM E110.
PHR Series Portable Rockwell Hardness Tester has produced two specifications. Model PHR-1 and PHR-2, the opening sizes are 1 inch (25.4mm) and 2-inch (50.8mm). They are to test the maximum thickness, or maximum diameter of 25mm and 50mm of the workpiece.
Rockwell Hardness Tester PHR Series, diamond, Φ1.588mm and Φ3.175mm ball three kinds of pressure head, with 60kg, 100kg, 150kg power of three tests. Total HRA,HRB,HRC,HRD,HRE,HRF,HRG,HRK,HRH nine gauge choice. Test range from very soft aluminum, lead, zinc to stiff the hardened steel, carbide. Accuracy consistent with the national standard GB/T230.2-2004.
Rockwell Hardness Tester PHR Series small size, light weight, simple operation, easy to use, high accuracy, low cost, quick test, reading hardness value directly. This is a workshop-oriented, for individuals, all available instruments available anywhere. This equipment has changed the traditional concept of hardness testing, hardness testing is no longer troublesome, time-consuming need to be completed in the laboratory professionals. The simple and convenient as using calipers, micrometers, like. The use of such equipment for metal products, machinery processing industry is important, a variety of small and medium size metal parts can be tested, a wide range of applications. This instrument is very suitable for the production site of the batch processing of finished or semi-finished products piece by piece to do testing. It can be used for the production site, sales site and material storage.
Rockwell Hardness Tester PHR Series can test from annealing, normalizing, tempering, quenching, quenching the deep carburization, nitriding of various steel products, testing of copper alloy, aluminum, carbide and other metal materials.
Rockwell Hardness Tester PHR Series used to test the thickness of 2mm or more of the plate, a diameter of more than Φ3mm bar and have the appropriate size of the workpiece. Using convex cylindrical Anvil, you can test warp sheet and the pipe inner diameter greater than 30mm. If the anvil and the pressure head of the installation position of exchange, but also to test the pipe wall diameter greater than Φ26mm hardness. Opening width of 4 inches, 8 inches hardness was produced at the end of 2006.

Rockwell hardness scale choice:
The tested materials | Scale | Identer | Test force | Calibration |
Hard materials with high hardness or thin. Such as cemented carbide, thin steel hardened, carburized hardened steel | Diamond indenter | A | 60 | C |
Low hardness materials. If annealed low carbon steel, stainless steel, copper alloy, hard alloy, malleable iron. Is to apply a broader Rockwell hardness scale. | 1/16 steel ball | B | 100 | B |
Quenching and tempering steel, as well as the general chilled cast iron, pearlitic malleable iron, titanium, etc.; hardness value of more than RB100 material. This is the most widely used Rockwell hardness scale. | Diamond indenter | C | 150 | C |
Osmotic layer in the surface of hardened steel, thin hard steel, pearlitic malleable iron. | Diamond indenter | D | 100 | C |
