hot/cold pack

Indications:                                                                 
Cold compress:headache, fever, toothache, sunstroke, scald, muscle scuffing, sprain, trauma haemostasis, beauty etc.
Hot compress:arthritis, rheumatism, menorrhalgia, stomach trouble, cervical vertebra trouble, sciatica, and strain of lumbar muscles etc.

4. It can adapt unlimited times of alternately cold or hot use after pre-cooling or pre-heating treatments.  
                                       Usage:                                                                        
Cold compress: Use after put in the icebox or freezing box (minus 10 to 20 centi -degrees)of refrigerator for two hours .
Hot compress: Soak the bag in a container full of water and put into a microwave oven to heat for 45 seconds. Or put the bag directly into 80 - 90°C water for 5 minutes to fully heat it.Warming

Cold therapy:

Do not use cold for more than 30 minute periods. Cold should not be used by people with circulatory problems unless prescribed by a physician. Do not apply to broken skin. If condition persists - consult your physician.

For the first use in a cold therapy series, lay gel pack flat in freezer for a minimum of two hours. Freeze the gel pack ONLY, not the wrap.

 

Hot therapy:

 Monitor the gel pack while it is heating. If you observe swelling of the gel pack while it is heating, turn off the microwave immediately and wait for the swelling to subside before removing the product.
