To Chill:Remove scent pack from eye madk,Place scent pack only in refrigerator or freezer for 3 or more hours.When ready, insert scent pack back into eye mask and enjoy.                                                                      

To Warm:Remove scent pack from eye mask, Heat scent pack only in microwave for 30-second intervals until scent pack is comfortable to touch,Do not heat for more than 2 minutes!when ready,insert scent pack back into eye mask and enjoy
